Hi,
If I enter using H1-B/L1visa then I-94 validity end date will be ususally till the visa expiration date.
Suppose if I am entering US on Advanced Parole(I-131), what will be the validity enddate for I-94? If suppose they give for 1 year how to extend that if i am not going out-off US?

Hi Guitar,
I too had the paralegal filled out wrong information in regard to my employment history. My lawyer said the same thing; once it is on ETA 9089, you could not really change anything.
In fact, you could not change it when you file I-140. The only thing you could do is to discuss with your lawyer about possible RFEs.
Last but not least, don't sweat it. Worrying won't change anything.
And as for my case, it was approved without any RFE request.

Can anybody please let me know what are the documents needed to file for 485. If I do not have any immunization record, how can I show that immunization record?

Hello can anyone tell me the procedure to file I-539. I overlooked my wife's H4 visa (assumed visa will be renewed when i get my H1 renewed at consulate). I am looking for information to file for I-539
Also My wife's visa expires on Dec 9th 2007 (I94 expires on Dec 20th 2007). Is it possible for my wife to stay beyond Dec 20th if i dont receive the H4 renewal by that date. I am planning to file I-539 by Nov 8th 2007

Hi all,
I am currently out of USA.My new employer has submitted H1 Transfer and extension of stay.
The petition has been approved along with new I-94. I have the original I-797 with me .
I understand that we have to surrender I-94 before leaving USA.But in my case I got I-94 after I left USA.Now I need to go for visa stamping in India.
Should I submit the new I-94 to the US consulate in India?
Please advise.

I Just heard back from my Fortune 500 company that they will accept the replacement card receipt notice...so it may work. It will help to specifically ask the HR/Lawyer to check the Receipt rule.

I want to apply for my 3 yrs H extension using preminum processing. Can i do that by just using the email confirmation from USCIS that I-140 petition was approved? My 1-140 petition was approved in Dec,2006 and still have not recived my approval notice.

Guys,
If you are accessing that from work then probably you are prohibited to see that (Through proxy and/or firewall and/or websense). I can not see that either through IE or firefox from work and could see it well from home through both browsers.
