Whats your opinion? Do I have a chance with new updated list and 4 more publications and a letter about my leadership role?
With identical evidence, my EB2-NIW was approved at NSC.
-Please advice.

A friend of mine, with similar credentials like yours (from what i can get from your post) got his GC thru EB2-NIW. He didn't have to go through lengthy labor process. His lawyer recommended against filing for EB-1. Please contact a lawyer and hope for the best

Now middle vendor is threatning me that he can sue me for breaking the line of contract .
i dont understand ho can even its possible as i never signed any document with middle vendor and he is not even my employer . He is just acting as middle layer by showing prime vendor that i am his employee which is wrong.
anyone can sue anyone for whatever reason. However that doesn't mean they will win. Also your case seems slam dunk for you in case they decide to peruse legal options. You did NOT sign any contract with them so there is NO breach of contract. Also you can tell them that you are going to report to Prime vendor that they knowingly misrepresented you (said they employed you whereas they did not). That will make sure that Prime vendor terminates all relations with middle vendor or does not give further business to them. Max middle vendor can do is sue your employer (most probably they signed a contract which your company is breaking) but that is not your problem. Don't be afraid.

Actually I am from one of those "hate times" of 2001-recession and then since I was not one of those so called (by you) "hate groups", was able to manage into development eventually.
So from now on please refrain from vomiting your frustrations online and rather talk to the people whom you dislike and may be they could help you.

Since AILF has already issued a preliminary notice about a class action law suit if USCIS rejects applications under a revised bulletin this is a preliminary poll on how many of us would join the law suit? I for one will join the law suit. Understand that you will have to reveal all details about yourself and application in the lawsuit and those details will be transparent to DOS and USCIS.

Well, are we all not trying to be Americans? So what�s wrong with cheering for the guy who makes this nation proud? If we were ALL trying to permanently migrate to India, in that case you will not see any opposition to Bhindra's achievement. I personally think that there is no need to make issue out of "this" or "that" on the forum for everything going on in the world. Both these gentleman and others who did well are remarkably disciplined human beings and we ought to celebrate their perfection, maybe by trying to be closer to perfection showing a little more appreciation for each other.
Although I must quote a reporter on the news recently who said "When we wave Americans flags, we want to be called/seen as patriots and when others wave their flags, we call them nationalist". I found this comment very interesting.
The point is, no matter what, we will find our differences superseding anything and everything in front of us under any given situation. That�s just Great�. maybe that�s part of being human �. do we expect ourselves to behave/react better than this�. Maybe we just want others to behave better than "this".

Can someone please confirm the renewal fee required for EAD application (I-765).
My I-485 receipt date is Aug 2, 2007., notice date Sep '07.
However, my AOS application was filed under the old fee structure ($395) pursuant to July 2007 bulletin.
My company's attorney has submitted the application without fee, and USCIS has issued a receipt notice...i.e., they have not rejected the application.
In 2008, I paid the renewal fee when I applied on my own.
My understanding is that fee is required as per I-765 form instructions (page 7). My EAD is expiring mid of August and have been waiting, but not sure what to do
1. Is there a chance that my EAD application will be approved without fee ?
2. Should I just send checks and write cover letter on why fee is required ?
3. Should I send another application, but this time with the fee ?

From my understanding, if you filed for AOS after August 17th, 2007, you fall under the new fee structure and you don't have to pay AP/EAD renewal fees. Otherwise, you will have to. If I were you I would re-submit the application with the proper fees rather than waiting for USCIS to sit on the application for a few weeks and reject it.

If i change my status from H1 to F1 until approval of 140 and change status from F1 to H1 will affect my green card process? I heard that once 140 is approved one will get 3 years extension irrespective of status ( i mean on F1 or out of country) . Please clarify

Need help ....
Today I receive an email from USCIS about my PERM EB2 I-140 PP application that they have have made a decision on my case. Here what it says
"On August 17, 2007, we mailed you a decision on your I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER. Please follow the instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, please contact customer service."
What does it mean? They approved my case or denied it? Any idea from gurus here. Please respond.
sorry to break the bad news to you,but this usually means a denial. My I 140 was approved recently, the online status cleared said it's approved. I read many posts on this forum who had the same online status as yours and their I 140's were denied.

Ah - glad you found the answer. I was thinking that because ShowDialog is a modal dialog, it may be blocking any operations that are going on in the background. I failed to realize that OpenFileDialog does not have a non-modal Show method which displays the dialog without forcing it to have all of the app's attention.

I think there is a possiblity that they might not cross check you G325A with the consulate becuase DOS purges non immgrant applications whihc are one year old. Since there are so many applications filed by the time they go for this check your data may have been purged ( this is a very high possiblity ) as by the time this request is made it would december or so . As i heard that TSC will issue recipts by Oct End ,beofer cross checking g235A there are many checks and many other processes they need to follow. So this is a possiblity.

I was in a similar situation, I got my I-94 renewed by went into the U.S - Mexico border near San Diego on 02/28/2009. It is the simplest way to get your new I-94 if you are near Mexico border.
